Arancha Tejedor

Arancha is a Spanish artist born in Madrid, Spain. She now lives in Agde in the south of France.


In 1993 she studied "Higher Fine Arts" at the University of Madrid.

In 1995 she did an Erasmus at the University of Wimbledon, after which she obtained her PhD from the University of Madrid in 1996.

In 1999 she obtained her degree in Graphic Art from the Mediterranean School in Perpignan.

In 2010, she obtained her university degree in Art, Creation and Technology from the University of Nîmes.


In her artistic work she is interested in urban and natural landscapes, offering a modern vision of how these environments are inhabited and exploring the aesthetic forms of our lifestyle.

She works with natural pigments, inks and bitumen and uses these materials to capture the rich textures and nuances in our contemporary world.


Each work is an exploration of the relationship between man and his environment, highlighting the beauty and complexity of our daily existence.
